*How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?
We require at least 24 hour notice for scheduling appointments. (Subject to availability)

*Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

*Am I required to tip my massage therapist?
Though not required, gratuities are a great way to show appreciation for the quality service offered by our therapists. Tips average between 15% - 25% of the  full service price.

​*What do I need to do prior to my appointment?
We only ask that you clear out enough space to perform the massage. We need enough room to fit the massage table(s) and enough room to maneuver. If doing a couple's massage imagine the space of a queen size bed plus a little extra for maneuvering. If you have any pets please secure them prior to the appointment.

​*What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hour notice for cancellation. If canceled within 24 hours you are subject to forfeiture of the service/gift certificate/credit. Now we do understand emergencies do arise. As soon as you know that you are unable to hold the appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

*What takes place during a massage?
Your therapist will discuss your health history, bodywork experience, preferences, and goals.  This information helps us design your session to best address your needs. If there are any areas of your body that you would rather we avoid, please let your therapist know at this time.
Your therapist will leave the room and return once you are laying comfortably between the sheets on the table. Please undress to your level of comfort. During your massage, you will be draped to protect your privacy, so completely undressing is appropriate. If you feel more comfortable wearing undergarments, please feel free to do so.

​Throughout your session please simply relax, breathe and allow us to move your limbs without assistance. Your therapist will check in with you periodically for feedback on pressure and your general comfort. Please speak up if you become uncomfortable for any reason. If you feel pain, if you need more pressure,  etc. we need you to let us know. Our work will be most effective if you are comfortable and completely relaxed.
